2008 ENDEAVOUR LANGUAGE TEACHER FELLOWSHIPSThe Minister for Education, Science and Training, the Hon Julie Bishop MP has announced the opening of applications for the 2008 Endeavour Language Teacher Awards. Up to 200 language teachers will be awarded intensive short-term study programs to improve language and cultural skills. Overseas in-country programs will also be offered. The Institute will open in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) capital city of Abu Dhabi in September, and will offer English language and VET courses.
