中国职业教育10年发展报告显示:高职毕业生就业率超87%

China vocational education decennial report reveals that employment rate for vocational graduates is over 87%

由教育部职业技术教育中心研究所近日发布的《中国职业教育发展报告(2002—2012)》显示,10年来,我国各级各类职业院校毕业生达7265万人,2011年,我国中等和高等职业学校在校生总数超过3000万人,职业教育对我国主要劳动人口平均受教育年限增长的贡献率为21%。中职毕业生初次就业率连续6年95%以上,高职就业率达到87%以上;中职占高中阶段教育招生数的48.89%,高职占普通高等教育招生数的47.67%,初步实现了中央提出的普通教育和职业教育规模“大体相当”的目标。

报告将职业教育10年取得的成就概括为5个方面:

  • 建立了世界上最大规模的职业教育体系;
  • 形成了基本完善的职业教育法律制度体系;
  • 探索了行业企业办学、集团化办学、行业与学校对话协作等灵活多样的职业教育办学模式;
  • 确立了覆盖广泛的职业教育学生资助体系,90%的中职生和20%的高职生享受到国家资助政策;
  • 走出了一条中国特色的职业教育发展道路

“China Vocational Education Development Report (2002-2012)” was launched recently by the Vocational Education Research Center affiliated to the Chinese Ministry of Education. According to the report, the total number of graduates from vocational schools is around 72.65 million in the past decade. In 2011, the total number of students currently studying at tertiary vocational colleges and secondary vocational school reached over 30 million. Vocational educations contributed 21% to the increase of average education length by national labors. The employment rate for graduates from secondary schools has been over 95% in the past 6 consecutive years. The employment rate for graduates from tertiary vocational colleges has been over 87%. The enrollment for secondary vocational schools accounts for 48.89% of enrollments at high school. The enrollment for tertiary vocational colleges accounts for 47.67% of enrollment at higher education. The percentages aligned with the targets set by the Chinese Central Government which aims to balance general education and vocational education.

The report summarizes the major achievements of vocational education in the past 10 years into 5 aspects:

  • Established the biggest vocational education system in the world;
  • Formed the vocational education legal system;
  • Explored innovative education models such as business-initiated school, school group, school-business collaboration etc.
  • Established vocational students sponsorship system, 90% of secondary vocational school students and 20% of tertiary vocational college students enjoy government financial assistance;
  • Has built a vocational education path with Chinese characteristics.

北京卫生职业学院揭牌 今年首招收600余名高职生

Beijing Vocational College of Health founded; First recruitment of tertiary vocational students records over 600

北京市惟一的卫生高等职业学院——北京卫生职业学院日前揭牌,该学院由原北京卫生学校、北京护士学校和北京市中医学校三所中专合并组建而成,今年招收新生1778人,其中首次招收高职学生607人。

该校第一院区在原北京卫生学校,承担药学、医学检验技术、医学影像技术和医疗仪器维修技术专业;第二院区在原北京护士学校,承担护理专业;第三院区在原北京市中医学校,承担中药、康复治疗技术专业。

北京卫生职业学院将面向医药卫生技术岗位、农村、基层和社区培养高等技术应用型人才,同时为各级医疗机构输送合格人才。

Beijing Vocational College of Health, the only tertiary vocational institute offering health and hygiene education in Beijing was recently inaugurated. The College is a merger between Beijing Health School, Beijing Nursing School and Beijing Chinese Medicine School. The College recruited 1,778 students this year, including 607 tertiary vocational students.

The College has three campuses. The first campus is located in Beijing Health School, offering specialties like pharmacy, laboratory medicine, medical image technology and medical instrument maintenance. The second campus is located at the former Beijing Nursing School, offering the specialty of nursing. The third campus is at the former Beijing Chinese Medicine School, offering specialties of Chinese medicine and rehabilitation therapy.

Beijing Vocational College of Health is committed to train highly-skilled professionals for rural and local communities. Also, the College is to supply qualified graduates for various medical organizations.

义乌工商学院开设创业班 部分90后学生年入百万

Entrepreneurship class opened in Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College; Graduates in their early 20s become millionaires

一入学就开淘宝店、课堂上允许接单、淘宝业绩代替学分,义乌工商学院的创业班被称作“淘宝班”,今年6月,创业班的第一届学生正式从学校毕业 。这些学院出身的90后“网络小商贩”,零基础低成本,不少人成了百万富翁。

“淘宝班”里绝大多数的学生是从全国各地来到义乌的学生。 做得好的主要是两类学生,一类是“富二代”,他们目睹了父辈的创业历程,希望尝试,不愿意接班,想要自己白手起家;另一类是贫困生,他们急于改变命运,穷则思变。

2012年2月开始,广东潮汕职业技术学院在考察了义乌工商学院的模式后也开设了“淘宝班”,半年多的时间里,这个班级的62名学生个个都成了万元户,最高月收入达到8万元。

In Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College, there is a class called “Taobao class”. Students in this class are allowed to open online shops at TaoBao.com; they can handle their orders during class time, and their school results can be articulated by their online shop performance. The first batch of the students from the entrepreneurship class graduated in June, 2012. The graduates, mostly born in 1990s are called “online businessmen”, some of them even become millionaires though starting from scratch.

Students in “Taobao Class” can be divided into two categories: students who are rich second generation and students who are from poor families and wish to improve their lives. Students falling in the first category witnessed the progress of their parents building their successful businesses, but they don’t want to take the flag from their parents’ hands, and instead, they hope to start from scratch by themselves.

In February, 2012, Chaoshan Vocational and Technical College in Guangdong Province learnt from the Yiwu model and copied this “Taobao Class” in their college after their visiting to Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College. Six months later, every student in the class all earn more than RMB10,000 (AUD1,500). The highest income reached RMB 80,000 (AUD12,000) per month.

北京现代职技学院:让高职生怀揣“四证”出校门

Beijing Modern Vocational and Technical College: Students graduate with 4 qualifications

北京现代职技学院在对十几家校企合作单位的调研中发现很多企业不仅需要技能人才,还要求员工爱岗敬业、虚心学习、勇于创新、责任心强,也希望学院注重学生的体能培养。学院结合实际情况现已正式实施“四证书”人才培养标准,并出台了评价指标体系和详细的实施方案。 所谓“四证书”,是指每个学生毕业前都要取得现代职业道德证书、现代职业技能证书、现代职业体能证书和现代职业毕业证书。

Beijing Modern Vocational and Technical College conducted a survey and found out that many partner enterprises demand more than just high level skills from their workers, but also require moral ethics, devotion to work, modesty, innovation and accountability. Enterprises also have high expectations of student’s physical performance. Considering this, the College has formally implemented “four qualifications” requirements and formulated the evaluation indicators and detailed guidelines. The “four qualifications” include: moral qualification, skills qualification, physical performance qualification and graduation diploma.

国内首批物联网应用技术高职专业在陕招生

“Internet of things application” start to recruit in Shaanxi Electronic Science & Technology Vocational College

物联网应用技术是2012年由教育部批准开设的高职专科类专业,陕西电子科技职业学院是2012年陕西省惟一一所经国家教育部批准开设《物联网应用技术》高职专业的高等职业院校。

作为首开的新专业,学院成立了物联网专业实验室; 组建了物联网学科教导组,选拔骨干教师参加教育部组织的新技术培训,了解专业最新动态; 召开专业人才培养方案会议,合理安排专业课程设置。学院十分注重学生的动手能力和创新能力,课程设计以探索性、设计性实验及网联网工程技术训练为主。 保证学生能有一个非常好的未来工作发展前景。

A tertiary vocational diploma “Internet of things application” has been recently approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2012. Shaanxi Electronic Science & Technology Vocational College is the only tertiary vocational college which is allowed to set up this specialty in Shanxi Province.

The college has built a lab for this new specialty, set up a teaching group for this new curriculum, and sent relevant teachers to the new technology training organized by the Chinese Ministry of Education to learn about the new trends. The College also held meetings to discuss about the personnel training plan and curriculum arrangement. The College focuses on students’ practice capability and innovation capability so that the curriculums are mainly laboratory –based courses and some engineering technical trainings, all of which are to make sure the graduates can have better career prospects.
