职教与汽车行业发展对话活动举办

Vocational education and the automotive industry development dialogue

日前,第二届中国职业教育与汽车行业发展对话活动在北京举办,教育部副部长鲁昕发表书面讲话。

鲁昕指出,今年是实施“十二五”规划开局之年,也是贯彻落实教育规划纲要的关键之年。汽车行业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,发挥着重要作用。汽车产业较长的产业链,要求相应的教育链为其提供人力资源保障. 鲁昕提出了八项新任务:进一步明确行业人才发展规划,进一步探索建设现代职教体系,进一步创新职业教育教学模式,进一步完善教师企业实践机制,进一步建设职业教育实训基地,进一步拓展职业教育集团办学,进一步深化质量多元评价机制,进一步应对行业人才国际竞争。

会议同期举办的活动有汽车专业教师教学能力大赛、“吉利”校园汽车文化节、汽车人才论坛、汽车文化和职业教育装备展、校企合作对话和相关展示等。

Recently, the second session of the vocational education and automotive industry development dialogue was held in Beijing, China. Mr Lu Xin, Vice Minister for Education of China posted a written speech.

Minister Lu pointed out that 2011 is the first year of implementation of the 12th ‘Five Year Plan’, and also an important year of implementing the Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020). The automotive industry, a pillar industry of Chinese economy, is playing an important role. The automobile industry has a long industrial chain, which needs an equivalent education chain to provide human resource support. Minister Lu elaborated eight tasks, that is, to further clarify the development plan for industrial professionals,  to further explore the establishment of a modern vocational education system, to further innovate vocational education teaching methods, to further improve the internship mechanism for teachers, to further develop vocational education training bases, to further expand the vocational education provided by corporations, to further deepen the quality multi-evaluation mechanism, and to further respond to the international competition of industrial professionals. 

Along with the development dialogue, activities held included the teaching capacity competition of automotive teachers, 'Geely Auto' culture festival on campus, car talent forums, car cultural and vocational education equipment exhibition, school-enterprise cooperation dialogue and the other related exhibitions.

中国职业教育与动漫产业对话活动在津举行

Chinese vocational education and animation industry dialogue held in Tianjin

12月16日,中国职业教育与动漫产业对接对话活动在天津市滨海新区举行。

会议指出,近些年来,中国动漫产业迅速发展,总产量超过美、日、韩等国家,中国已经成为世界第一动漫生产大国;动漫产业的大发展对文化产业人才特别是高素质的技能型人才提出旺盛的需求。今后一个时期,中国将把文化产业打造成国民经济的一个支柱产业,大力发展文化创意、影视制作、出版发行和动漫等重点文化产业,推进文化产业转型升级。

On 16 December 2011, Chinese vocational education and animation industry dialogue was held in Binhai, Tianjin. 

It was noted, in recent years, China's animation industry has developed rapidly, and the total

output exceeds America, Japan, Korea and other countries - China has become the world's largest animation producer. Therefore, there will be a great demand for high-caliber talents in this industry. In the future, China is developing the culture industry into a pillar industry in the national economy through transformation and upgrading, which requires promoting cultural creativity, video production, publication and animation.

中国教育部财政部实施职校教师素质提高计划
— — 5年培训45万名专业骨干教师

China’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance planning to improve the quality of vocational teachers -- to train 450,000 backbone vocational teachers within five years

中国教育部、财政部决定从2011年至2015年共同 实施职业院校教师素质提高计划,全国将有5万名高等职业学校的专业教师参加国家级培训,其中包括国内培训2.25万人、国外培训2500人、企业顶岗培训2.5万人。

从2012年到2014年,教育部、财政部将支持国家级职业教育师资基地,重点建设300个职教师资培训专业点,开发100个职教专业的培养标准、培养方案、核心课程和特色教材,加强基地的实训条件和内涵建设,完善适应教师专业化要求的培养培训体系。项目将向现代农业、先进制造业、现代服务业相关专业倾斜,向培养培训条件相对薄弱的西部和民族地区基地倾斜。

China’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance plan to jointly improve the quality of tertiary vocational teachers from 2011 to 2015. About 50,000 tertiary vocational teachers will be organized to participate in the national level training, including 22,500 teachers in domestic training, 2,500 teachers in overseas training and 25,000 teachers in corporate training.

From 2012 to 2014, China’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance will support national-level vocational education teacher bases. The actions will include establishing 300 professional training centres for vocational teachers, developing 100 disciplinary areas for vocational teachers in terms of training standards, training programs, core curriculum and specialty teaching materials; improving the facilities and teaching content of the training centres; and improving the training system which meets the professionalism of teachers. This Project will focus on modern agriculture industry, advanced manufacturing industry, and modern service industry, favoring the minority and western regions where the training conditions are relatively weak.

中国高职毕业生就业率连续两年高于普通本科高校

Employment rate of graduates from tertiary vocational institutes is higher than from general undergraduate universities for two consecutive years 

目前,我国独立设置的高职院校已有1246所,占普通高校的52%。每年招收全日制新生超过300万人。2010年和2011年,我国绝大多数省份的高职院校毕业生的就业率已高于本省普通本科高校毕业生的就业。尤其是100所国家示范性院校已经开始从规模发展转向内涵发展,并形成了各自的办学特色和职业教育品牌。

许多高职院校的研发能力也在明显提高。比如,江苏畜牧兽医职业技术学院已成为国内畜牧产业的重要科研基地,今年获批科研项目经费就超过2000万元。

At present, there are 1,246 tertiary vocational institutes, accounting for 52% of colleges and universities in China. Annual intake of full-time students is over 3 million people. In years 2010 and 2011, the employment rate of vocational institute graduates has been higher than the graduates from general universities in most of the provinces in China. In particular, the ‘Top 100 National Demonstrative Tertiary Vocational Institutes’ have begun to shift from scale development to content development, and formed their own school characteristics and vocational education brand.

The research and development capabilities are significantly improved for a large number of vocational institutes. For example, Jiangsu Animal Husbandry and Veterinary College has become an important research base for livestock industry - more than 20 million RMB has been invested by the Government to support science research projects in 2011.

浙江旅游职业学院探索国际化旅游人才培养路径

Tourism College of Zhejiang exploring the path of training internationalised tourism talent

 今年的新生录取中,西餐营养与烹饪专业的第一志愿上线率达到500%。主要原因是自2008年与阿联酋朱美拉酒店集团旗下的帆船酒店达成合作协议后,该专业每年都派出20多个学生到阿联酋实习;从2005年至今,学院共有600多名学生到韩国,乌克兰,美国,法国,澳门等国家和地区开展实习、留学、交流活动。人才培养模式改革最直接的成果体现在学生就业质量的提升上,拥有出国经历的学生或留在国外工作,或回国后多被国际酒店集团录用,而且这些学生将来就业的起薪要比普通学生高出20%。

For students who applied to study in the Tourism College of Zhejiang (TCZ) in 2011, those who wished to study nutrition and cooking recorded five times higher than the enrollment capacity. The main reason for this was that since the Jumeirah Group of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) reached an agreement with TCZ in 2008, about 20 students each year have been regularly sent to do internships in the UAE. Since 2005, over 600 students have been

sent to South Korea, Ukraine, the United States, France and Macau to carry out internships, overseas study and exchange programs. The direct result of reforming the training model is reflected in the improved quality of graduate employment - graduates with overseas experience either continuing to work abroad or being hired by international hotel groups in China. Additionally, these graduates have 20% higher starting salaries than other graduates.

成都与澳大利亚TAFE学院合作建设外资院校

Chengdu city and TAFE NSW will jointly run a Chinese-Australian institute

成都拟与澳大利亚新南威尔士职业技术与继续教育学院合作创办的成都TAFE学院将成为该校的二级学院,属于非独立法人中外合作办学机构。所招收的学生毕业后获得澳大利亚的大学文凭。成都还计划选择几所中等职业学校举办国外职业教育学院的预科。成都计划到2020年实现国内职业院校20%以上的专业课程与国际通用职业资格证书对接,并输送符合条件的学生到国外接受高等教育。

Chengdu TAFE College is being established under a joint cooperation agreement between Chengdu city and TAFE NSW. The College will be a second tier college with non-independent legal status under TAFE NSW. The students of this College will be conferred with Australian diploma and bachelor degrees upon successful completion of their studies. In addition, Chengdu plans to select a number of secondary vocational schools to carry out the foundation courses offered by foreign vocational institutes. Significantly, Chengdu plans to match more than 20% of its vocational courses with internationally-recognised professional qualifications by 2020, and to send eligible students to study higher education courses abroad.
